Having my weekend holiday in Eastin Hotel, a sumptuous meal is needed to make it more memorable and impressive. There are few restaurants in Eastin Hotel, but Eyuzu Japanese Cuisine is the one I looking for. 
The outlook of Eyuzu with classical Japanese design. Waiter and waitress with traditional Kimono warmly welcoming and ushering the guests at the entrance.
With its gorgeous mini Japanese garden for a view, Eyuzu Japanese Cuisine seats 130 persons including Al-fresco dining. It is more enjoyable to have a authentic Japanese dining experience with such a excellent environment and ambiance.
Private rooms are available for family gathering and meetings.
Executive Chef Ricky Hui

The award-winning Japanese Executive Chef Ricky Hui, has prepared a sumptuous buffet spread for the guest to bring along their family and friends during the weekends as Eyuzu has the Shumatsu Buffet.
Eyuzu catering more than 150 mouth-watering dishes to choose from. With varieties of Japanese gastronomic fare for us to try, we were definitely be spoilt for choice.

The-Very-Fresh Sashimi
Teppanyaki Station with a wide range of fresh seafood. They even provide fresh lobsters which swim lively in the aquarium.
Teppanyaki mixed vegetables where the guests may pick and mix their desired vegetables from the bar freely.

 Cheese Baked Osyters
Soba, can be served either hot or cold.



Tempura Bar-- wonder why the tempura is different from the normal one you eat? Yeah, these are the fresh ingredients which are ready to be made as your tempura. The chef will only make it into tempura after you get your choice. Therefore, the guest may enjoy the most crispy and hot tempura!


Yaki Station-- Again, Eyuzu is very emphasizing on the freshness of the foods served, therefore, the Yaki is also baked and prepared lively after you choose for your favourite.
Dessert Bar-- The colourful puddings and cakes are so attractive!

Its available for dinner only, the buffet is served every Sunday from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, at RM86++ (Adult) and RM43++ (Child). Beside this, you'll also be treated to a free flow of chilled juices while indulging in a huge variety of popular Japanese dishes.

For those who not yet get the answer for the content in the cute teapot, it's time to announce it! It is Chef Ricky's specialty light and flavorful seafood soup in a teapot, which is served individually to patrons of the restaurant. So make sure you will not miss it out when you visit Eyuzu!
