This bread stall has been operated since 60's. The family business is inherent by 2nd generation hainanese. Every evening, the fragrance of fresh-baked bread spreading in the sphere. The hand-manufacturing process has been replaced by machines, but the owner insists no preservatives in the bread.  The owner told us the best way to consume the bread is to dip the plain bread into boiled water after 4 hours the bread baked.
