This is my first time step on the floor of 1st Avenue which newly open since Nov 2010. Well, inside this shopping mall all the shoplot is fully occupied. What can said is another new landmark for those shopper to shop. I found there is a lot of new face of restaurant/cafe in this mall. Penang-ian are so lucky to try all the new restaurant.
