Dessert - Sticky Rice Dumpling with Green Bean Filling and Ginger Syrup

Ingredients :
For the dough
Warm water
400g sticky rice flour

100g tapioca flour

For the filling
200g green bean (no skin), steamed and mashed
100g coconut milk, salt,sugar

For the ginger syrup
500g sugar
800g water
100g sliced ginger

For the coconut sauce
200g coconut milk

Preparation of the dough :
Mix water, sticky rice flour and tapioca flour together.

Preparation of the filling
Mash green beans with coconut and roll into small bal, Cover each ball with the dough, bring to boil and transfer to cold water. Boil sugar, ginger and rice dumplings. Serve with coconut sauce on top.
