Mussel with Tiger Beer

Mussel with Tiger Beer

Special cook this round. Buying lot of cheap and fresh mussel from beach, all the mussel are huge and juicy fat. Perfect time to cook this with Tiger beer. This dish definitely make my simple dinner different. 


(Portion for 2 person)
Ingredient : 
Fresh Mussel           1kg
Garlic                      Appropriate
Chili Paddy             Appropriate
Pepper                   Appropriate
Tiger Beer              325ml

How to cook : 
1) Wash fresh mussel properly before cook.
2) Saute with garlic and chili paddy and pepper, before put in mussel.
3) Add in Tiger Beer till cover up all mussel. Cook mussel until it's shell is slightly open (means cooked)
