Soon Huat JB Bak Kut Teh 顺发肉骨茶 @ Sunway Mas

My last Bak Kut Teh was long time ago. Therefore, today up a post on famous Bak Kut Teh at Sunway Mas (commonly call as Aman Suria). Here is like a hidden town around PJ and hide behind of Kampung Bahru. Well, i been here last time for fish head noodles and murni discovery.Talk back on BKT, basically i like the soup base of this BKT.It's not so heavy taste which i prefer on light soup base. Typically, Klang BKT is heavy base and oily, i not prefer oily food. I strongly recommend on this BKT.

The 17th outlet/branch at Sunway Mas. There is a 11th outlet at Cheras.
Can feel it popularity of this BKT

Spare ribs nice. well cook. Whole part of this spare ribs absord all the soup.

The must add-on in my BKT list. I like pig interstine. For me, eating BKT with interstine is such a waste.

Found out a lot nicer food stay inside here. is much convenient for me rather than going off jalan kuchai lama
there for food. last time was there for Win Soon Kafe Fish Head Noodles.

There are two types of fishes that u can choose, either Ling Fish or Song Fish.
(actually, i duno how to differentiate this two, anyone knows?)
Normally, those fish head noodles restaurants only provide fried fish head.
But you can choose fried fish head or raw fish head in this Wei Yip Fish Head Noodles.

(This one got many fish bones, must eat with extra cautious)

The restaurant is still very new in that area. That's why it is not crowded even during dinner hour.
but then it is not a bad matter lar, because they can serve the food in a very short while.
Over all, the fish head noodles is good, the soup really tastes nice, as it is fragrant enough, the tomatoes and salted vege add sour-ness to the soup. but, the fish.....
maybe need to be improved lar.
